Description
Recently had an issue in Fedora ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=481071, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=484272) caused by missing spaces around a package requirement's equal sign ("Requires: %{name}=%{version}-%{release}"). It would be nice if rpmlint would check for this. I'm rather a Python newbie, but if I come up with a workable patch before someone else does, I'll submit it.
